Beef Burgundy


You’ll Need:

2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1 can onion soup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Procedures : Stir ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours covered and 1/2 hour uncovered. Gravy may be thickened if desired
