Carrot soboro

Ingredients
1 large carrot, finely shredded or cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup dashi stock
1 pinch salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a small pan and boil over high heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until the carrot is tender. Drain and cool before packing.
