country ham quiche


You’ll Need:

Pastry for 9-inch deep dish pie
1 cup chopped cooked country ham
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Procedures : Line a 9-inch quiche dish or a deep dish pie plate with pastry. Trim excess around edges. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork; bake at 425 F. for 5 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over pastry. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients; pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 350 F. for one hour or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
