Egg sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 slices toast or English muffin

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Mix in the flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat. Stir until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in milk.

2. Heat to boiling. Then, stir the mixture constantly for one minute. Add the diced egg to the mixture. Serve with toast, english muffin, or boiled potatoes.
