Fresh salmon mini burgers

Ingredients
1 lb salmon filet, boneless/skinless, chopped up in food processor
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except butter and oil very well with your hands until everything sticks together. Form into mini burger patties. Fry on both sides in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil over medium heat until just cooked through.
