Lemony walnut chickpea salad with goat’s cheese

Ingredients
1 14oz can chickpeas, drained
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (or 1/4 larger red onion)
1 oz arugula, roughly chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped, toasted and cooled
3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Salt
Black pepper

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well. Season to taste.
