Ingredients

Cake Mix:

Frosting(optional):

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Organic Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons¬† heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
  • Melt butter in the microwave.
  • Place butter and eggs in large mix bowl; Whisk together.
  • Stir in cake mx into the large mixing bowl
  • Add mix into a greased 8x8 pan, 12 muffins pan or 9' cake pan.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes before serving

Frosting(optional):

  • Beat all of the ingredients in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Spread on the chilled cake.
