  • In a medium microwaveable bowl, whisk together the cocoa, salt, xanthan gum and Organic Erythritol.
  • Combine the cream and water and gradually mix about half of the liquid mix into the dry mixture ingredients, continue whisking until completely moistened.
  • Then Gradually whisk in the rest of the liquid mix.
  • Microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes, mix every 30 seconds until thickened.
  • Whisk in the vanilla then pour into 2 small dishes then chill well.
