Combine the cream and water and gradually mix about half of the liquid mix into the dry mixture ingredients, continue whisking until completely moistened.
Then Gradually whisk in the rest of the liquid mix.
Microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes, mix every 30 seconds until thickened.
Whisk in the vanilla then pour into 2 small dishes then chill well.
