In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Spread the batter over the jam.
Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until the Cobbler cake is done.
Cool for a few minutes and then flip cup onto a small plate.
Sprinkle with a little granular Splenda or other powdered sweetener, if you like.
