  • Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave.

  • Add the protein powder and mix as well as possible, the mix will become crumbly.
  • Gradually add in the syrup with a spoon until the mix becomes a glossy, sticky, caramel-like goo.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands.
  • Press the ball into the peanuts to completely cover the outside well.
  • Form in little log-like shapes, place on a nonstick foil or wax paper lined pan and freeze until firm.
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
