Miso soup

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup water
1 packet hondashi (~1 tsp)
1 tbsp sake (or mirin)
1 tsp sugar
add-ins (some, seaweed, tofu, etc)
1 green onion, sliced on the bias

Instructions:

In a pan, bring water to a boil. Add hondashi, miso, sake, and sugar and stir until dissolved. Add a small amount of add-ins. Remove from heat. Place in serving bowls and garnish with green onion.
