Morning pizza

Ingredients
1 slice crusty bread
3 tbsp part-skim ricotta
1 tsp fresh oregano
2 slices tomato (or halved grape tomatoes)
1 tsp olive oil
1 pinch kosher salt
black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp parmesan

Instructions:

Toast bread to desired doneness.

Spread ricotta on bread, top with herbs and tomato, and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Broil for 3 minutes, then top with parmesan and serve.
