Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
1 pizza crust
1 1/2 cup mozzarella (low-moisture)
1/4 white onion, sliced
2 large cremini mushrooms
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450°.

Mix oil and garlic together in small bowl. Brush onto pizza crust, then bake for 5 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant.

Mix together cheese and italian seasoning. Sprinkle on crust. Top with veggies, then finish with parmesan. Bake for an additional 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
